"helping you feel in harmony
with your greatest potential"

I am a Licensed Acupuncturist in the State of Washington. I practice according to the principle that the body, mind, and spirit are in fact one thing. Any physical symptom has its psychological correlate, and every thought pattern shows in some way through the body. The truth is that your body is smarter than me, smarter than you, and smarter than any doctor out there. Listening to your body according to the principles of Chinese Medicine shows me where your body is feeling interference, and guides me to help it remove the interference. From that point on, the body is the most powerful healing mechanism in existence, and healing occurs naturally.

I achieved a Masters of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago, and a Bachelors of Arts in Religious Studies from Loyola University of Chicago. I moved to Washington State in 2013 and have since enjoyed living in the natural beauty that is the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy being active outdoors, studying the latest research on the mind-body connection, and spending time with my new wife in our new home. I look forward to working with you to achieve your wellness goals and enhance your quality of life.

In treatment, I take the time to get to know the many dimensions of who you are. Chinese Medicine is a holistic practice where every aspect of your life is important to finding the way to help the body heal itself. While relieving pain and healing dis-ease is often the principal focus of those seeking treatment, I often emphasize that Acupuncture is an important factor in improving and maintaining a high quality of life. We all strive to be better in some way or another. Confronting stress before it manifests as a disorder, and then helping you feel in harmony with your greatest potential is where Acupuncture is most beneficial. I have studied many specialty styles of therapeutics, including Reiki, Qi Gong, Shiatsu, Dr. Tan, Five Element Theory, and Esoteric Acupuncture, that allow my treatments to effectively address physical, psycho-emotional, and spiritual issues too.

On the physical level I enjoy treating to provide pain relief, particularly from headaches, as well as improving digestive health, and eliminating sleep issues. I continue to study nutritional health and advocate nutrition as an essential factor in one’s healing. I also have a passion for working with families, and having pursued extra focus in Chinese Pediatric Medicine, I recognize that family dynamic is instrumental when it comes to an individual’s health.
