UPDATE: COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

There is a current state of emergency in Washington State due to the outbreak of COVID-19 illness. We request that, in the interests of all, you do not come into the clinic if you are feeling sick or feverish within the last 48 hours. If you have suitable equipment, your appointment may be rescheduled to TeleHealth instead of an in-clinic visit to minimize the risk of community spread of infection. King Health's CoronaVirus Response

We continue to monitor the situation around COVID-19. We want to reassure clients that King Health will remain open, and we are committed to continuing to help you through this challenging period.

Meanwhile, we are doing everything within our power to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, including:

  • We have begun implementing work-from-home arrangements where possible for our in-house staff;
  • We have and will continue to perform increased clinic-sanitization procedures;
  • We have undertaken proximity distancing for necessary on-site staff; and
  • We are encouraged any staff or clients exhibiting any flu-like symptoms to remain at home and use TeleHealth where possible

While we don’t anticipate any issues, we will continue to post updates on our status page and via email.

Sickness Policy

Please do not come to your session if you are sick or have a fever.

It is our general policy that if you are sick, coughing, or have a fever, you should not come to your appointment. Late cancellation fees due to sickness or fever may be waived in most cases. If you choose to come into the clinic and appear to staff to be sick, coughing, or feverish, you may be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment.

Use TeleHealth Wherever Possible

There may be options to conduct your session via telehealth (video sessions). Please arrange this with your provider or admin staff, in advance of your session. Be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance plan covers this type of service.
