Sickness Policy
Please do not come to your session if you are sick or have a fever.
It is our general policy that if you are sick, coughing, or have a fever, you should not come to your appointment. Late cancellation fees due to sickness or fever may be waived in most cases. If you choose to come into the clinic and appear to staff to be sick, coughing, or feverish, you may be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment.
Use TeleHealth Wherever Possible
There may be options to conduct your session via telehealth (video sessions). Please arrange this with your provider or admin staff, in advance of your session. Be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance plan covers this type of service.
