I strive to create a safe environment for you and believe that you are the expert of your own story, and I am here to learn. I understand the importance in seeking out trainings so that I can accurately support your uniqueness, and of every one of my clients.

I was born and raised in the pacific northwest of Washington, but have lived and traveled all over the world. I graduated from my undergrad in Recreational Therapy from Western Washington University, and received my master's in Social Work from Portland State University. I have worked with teens and adults in multiple types of inpatient facilities. I work with children, teens, and adults seeking individual therapy

Together we can identify your strengths and discover your path to healing. I can be direct, use humor, be soft, and provide accountability when I see you getting in your own way. I believe that in order to provide individualized care, its important to treat the body, mind, and soul. Treatment Approach: Individual Therapy: I believe in a humanistic approach, and can hold space for you with anything you bring into session. I am a compassionate social worker who believes in co creation by utilizing my assessment skills, developing treatment plans, evaluation, and using an empathetic heart. I support you through a trauma informed lens with focus on anti-oppressive practice.
