Billing Help


All of King Health billing is done through OMNI Medical Billing - accessible from option 4 on our mainline number (360) 329-2055, or by entering extension 802 when prompted.

OMNI has its own client portal for paying bills - see below for more information on this - which, unfortunately, is not able to be integrated with the Charm client portal. We thank you for your continued patience and understanding in using two portals!

 

BREEZE ONLINE BILL PAYMENT

OMNI provides an online portal, through Breeze, to pay bills online. In order to do online bill pay, you will first need to sign up for this portal. Call our billing department and ask to be sent an invite - you will receive a registration email from Breeze which you can use to get started by clicking the green button at the bottom of the email. (see example below)

You will be taken to a gobreeze.com webpage where you can register for the Breeze portal...

Once logged in to Breeze, you can select Payments from the menu there to access statements, update your demographics, and pay bills. There will be other items on the menu, but only the Payments option is applicable to you.

NOTE: Breeze is ONLY used for payments - appointment scheduling and secure messaging are still done in the Charm client portal.
