Karen King MS LMHC
Karen King has studied and practiced meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist and Shambhala Buddhist tradition since attending Naropa University in 1994.
Her experience includes weekend, week-long, month-long and solo retreats as well as a year of residency at two contemplative retreat centers.

What if you could learn to view difficulties as workable? What if you could be kind to yourself instead of harsh?
Learn how the practice of meditation can help in all situations in life. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a beginner, this class is for you.
There is no religion associated with this form of meditation instruction, but principles of various meditation philosophies are described as helpful tools.
You will learn how to successfully utilize mindfulness in your life and how to create a foundation for daily meditation. Learn how to open up to and enjoy your everyday experiences!

Fee for all sessions is $110. This is a cumulative class, so please be prepared to attend all meetings.
Meditation cushions are provided, just bring a notebook, pen and some self-compassion!
