Learn how the practice of meditation can help in all situations in life. Whether you are an experienced meditator or a beginner, this class is for you.
There is no religion associated with this form of meditation instruction, but principles of various meditation philosophies are described as helpful tools. 
You will learn how to successfully utilize mindfulness in your life and how to create a foundation for daily meditation. Learn how to open up to and enjoy your everyday experiences!

This is a cumulative class, so please be prepared to attend all meetings. Meditation cushions are provided, just bring a notebook, pen, and some self-compassion!
